Cancellation policy
It’s very easy – just follow these steps:
- Contact us at office@hempfarms.bg and let us know of your intention to cancel your order. Please provide the following information:
- Customer name
- E-mail address
- Date and order number
- Name of the product to be returned
Our customer service representative will accept your request and coordinate the next steps.
Return conditions
Returns are accepted provided the product is in its original packaging and has not been opened or altered by the customer. Damaged or altered packages will not be accepted for a refund. All returns must be made within 14 days of the receipt date. If we do not receive the product within 14 days, we cannot issue a refund.
How can I return a product?
It’s very easy – just follow these 3 steps:
- Contact us – office@hempfarms.bg and let us know your intention to return:
- Customer name
- Date and order number
- Name of the product to be returned
- Reason for return
- Pack the item in the original packaging or equivalent packaging and ensure that the products are in their original condition - unopened, unaltered and undamaged.
- Please return the products to our address.
If you choose the shipping method, please ensure that the products reach us within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Who bears the return costs?
Each customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on our part regarding product type or quantity, Hemp Farms will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Policy
How and when will I get my money back?
All customers have 14 days from the delivery date to notify us of the return of the products (without giving any reason). After that, the customer has a further 14 days to return the products to our facilities. Our customer service representative will confirm receipt of the goods and process the refund via bank transfer to the account provided by the customer. If we do not receive the products within these 28 calendar days, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
